Refund Policy

Overview

Nenpsy is free for personal and shared albums. Paid plans are one-time purchases (Pro ₹99, Pro Plus ₹499, Studio ₹1,499) — there are no subscriptions. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

To request a refund, email us at support@nenpsy.com with the subject line "Refund Request".

Event album payments

  • Before any guest uploads: if you paid for an album but no guests have uploaded photos yet, you are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of payment. The album will be closed upon refund.
  • After guest uploads begin: once one or more photos have been uploaded to the album, the payment is non-refundable. The service has been rendered and photos are already stored in your Google Drive.
  • Duplicate charge: if you were charged more than once for the same album due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate amount immediately upon verification.

Free albums

Personal albums, your Personal Space, and your first shared album are always free — no payment is taken, so no refund applies.

How to request a refund

Email support@nenpsy.com with:

  • Your registered email address.
  • The name of the album you were charged for.
  • The Razorpay payment ID (found in your payment confirmation email).
  • The reason for your request.

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.

Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of a refund request, please reply to our response and we will do our best to find a fair resolution. We believe most issues can be resolved through honest communication.
